Writing in regards to the design of an anonymous decentralized IRC server utilizing the TOR network.
Introduction
The onion router has been in existence for quite a while, and the hidden services therein mainly remained in architecture the same. Likewise centralized IRC servers are found in TOR that does not solve the problem of a single point of failure. Therefore an alternative architecture is suggested and based on a decentralized principle. This implementation may result in one big anonymous, redundant, chatting onion.

Background
Automation has come a long way since Demming (the father of productivity) formulated his 14 rules. Organization and work study principles refined the way that work can be calculated, evaluated and improved upon. In the business world automation has evolved into a science to produce an higher degree of managing work. This evolution resulted in BPM, and can perhaps be seen as an automated study of organization and work.
